The economical paving method for compact asphalt pavements

InLine Pave is the innovative process developed by V?GELE for building compact asphalt pavements. The heart of the InLine Pave train is the SUPER 2100-3 IP for placing the binder course. It is a modified standard paver with a special transfer module for the surface course material and an AB 600 Extending Screed in the TP2 Plus version. With its special tamper, two pressure bars and extra weights, it achieves extremely high density values. Based on V?GELE’s unique pulsed-flow hydraulics, this screed is the jewel in the crown of InLine Pave technology.

With the InLine Pave concept, V?GELE offers a particularly innovative paving technique specially suited for “hot on hot” paving when building compact asphalt pavements. Yet conventional road construction jobs, too, can be carried out in high quality and very economically the V?GELE InLine Pave machine technology.

ErgoPlus 3

Even the very best machine with the most advanced technology can only really show its strengths if it can be operated easily and as intuitively as possible. At the same time, it should offer an ergonomic and safe working environment for the operating team. Therefore, the ErgoPlus 3 operating concept focuses on the operator.

V?GELE EcoPlus

The philosophy behind the machine concept of the Premium Line road pavers is "Lower consumption – lower emissions – lower costs". The V?GELE EcoPlus low-emissions package combines a number of individual measures to reduce the fuel consumption and noise levels to a significant extent.

Niveltronic Plus

The automatic levelling system Niveltronic Plus is an in-house development of JOSEPH V?GELE AG and based on many years of experience in grade and slope control technology. Easy operation, precision and reliability are its hallmarks for perfect mastery of all grade and slope control jobs.
