A construction company automated the adjustment of the screed width of its Dash 5 paver by detecting and following a joint edge with the Edge Detection Laser Sensor from V?gele. This ensured precise and resource-efficient paving and simultaneously reduced the paver operator’s workload.

An extraordinary construction site placing unique demands on man and machine: Works to expand the Rabenleite Upper Reservoir in Bavaria saw the deployment of two battery-powered electric tandem rollers from Hamm. Both machines produced impressed results, delivering full compaction power even on extreme inclines.

Benninghoven and KWS Infra have completed a pioneering Retrofit project together in Netherlands: at the asphalt mixing plant in Eindhoven, both the dryer drum and the burner have now been converted to the very latest Benninghoven technology. This has resulted in significantly improved plant output, greater energy efficiency, and helped to secure the long-term future of the site.

Top asphalt quality for fast cars: The Russian construction company Tekhalyans, responsible for resurfacing and maintaining the Sochi Autodrom, relies on the new high-tech TBA 3000 plant for this work.
