Intelligent production facilities and processes at the main V?GELE plant deliver efficient operation and save resources

In the industrial city of Ludwigshafen am Rhein, JOSEPH V?GELE AG has a cutting-edge production plant for pavers, screeds and material feeders. Around 1,200 skilled specialists, intelligent production facilities and an efficient factory design ensure that processes at the main plant are sustainable as well as being the best they can be.

“Green highlights" at V?GELE

Powder-coating facility

The cutting-edge powder-coating facility at V?GELE suspends workpieces on an automated system, cleans and then powder-coats them in a multi-stage process. It is much more environmentally-friendly than conventional wet-painting. Powder-coating also results in a much better surface quality.

Certified to ISO 14001:2015

Keeping soil, air and water clean is one of the company’s core principles. It is against this background that V?GELE introduced an environmental management system for its main plant in Ludwigshafen; this has been certified to ISO 14001:2015 since 2024. Certification means that V?GELE undertakes to work continuously on reducing both emissions and consumption of resources.
